Hello all you amazing people,In the process of trying to use creative financing I continuously run into the situation of realtors not believing that Subject To and Seller Financing are legal.Any ideas where I might be able to find legal proof that these are allowed in KY?

Those people have no intention to sell and I would be making probably hundreds of calls to get nowhere.

Definitely a lot more deals in Denver than people realize just have to get creative. 

I think speaking to a native makes more sense.

I had to be certain this deal is DOA because there is always that one person that see potential in deals most people would pass on.
