I've been up and down forums, blog posts, videos and books and I am still unclear as to exactly what paperwork is needed for wholesaling lease options. 

i finally sent my first postcards to absent owners. im hoping to get some leads very soon, I really don't have a game plan for when my phone start ringing but i just had to get myself going. so i will be reading a lot, to get all the information on the wholeselling process . i want to get it right. so if you from Philadelphia area maybe we can parthner up when i get some solid leads.
