Issue has come to light over last 3 weeks where I've requested for them to conduct a home inspection with current tenants prior to their lease terminates in July.  

There must be plans out there to incorporate french doors (for light into the living area) and thereby double my beds.  

Some paint and some bling (light fixtures, new faucets, etc.) would make it pop and the rental pool would easily take note. 

Or that several of the rooms need lighting fixture (none of the photos in the listing or from my agent captured that. )@Travis H. taking a risk on the plumbing paid off!
