I've been looking at buying RV Parks, Boat Marines and or Mobilome parks, I've read that SBA and HUD do have loan programs in these areas.My question is who do I contact to help get the ball rolling and pre-qualification. 

Don't think you need to buy the first property that comes your way (I did that initially...actually just sold it at a break-even after all expenses).

But you may have to go to an attorney or maybe a title company can help.

I'd say they have a consistent deal flow for you to look at, but certainly don't take the data they provide as your basis for buying/rehabbing/selling.

I could probably continue to source leads by increasing my web presence and some local advertising, someone more local to the area would have a clear advantage, I believe.
