You should list with your agent just make him or her promise you that they’ll host at least two open houses a month and do professional photos you like.

Yeah, it's possible they submit a fake ID, but I view that as unlikely.Today I got a request on VRBO from a guest who wanted to book several days in April but wanted to pay by company check or certified check, since supposedly his company was covering the vacation.

How can I make a solid contract/offer that covers me in the case that the contractor/owner falls through on his promise to finish project before funds are released?
