And not just that, lets say we pass 2023/2024 with lot of foreclosure that we expected.Lets say we move forward to 2033, Fed rate at 2033 lets say 4%, cap rate for apartment 3% (after going down from cap 6% in 2024), we would hit the same issue again and by that time, most of today's GP would move to different job or industry anyway, or retired.

A search and seizure warrant was signed off and issued for tenants son who resided at my property from evidence I assume acquired by law enforcement.Need eviction attorney recommendation:This started out as a termination for the lease clause mentioned above.

You could also have a separate agreement outlining house rules...I havent done this but it's something i'm considering.Here are a few issues that have come up while I've house hacked:- Tenants disagreeing about how clean the common areas should be, WHO is cleaning, and whether it's worth having a cleaning service (monthly)- the house's temperature- Some tenants leaving things out in the common areas and other tenants getting annoyed at it.Every situation is going to be different, but if you've ever lived with roommates...it's similar to that, except you're not paying rent!

Hello California landlords and investors, I came across this post on reddit discussing issues with tenant biased laws in California and lots of the comments seem to suggest that investing or being a landlord in California is very difficult and potentially a hassle/litigious/costly in case of issues
