@Bob Langworthy you bring up some very good points about the viability of a brewer - it needs to be someone who not only knows how to brew beer but also someone that can plan out and execute a profitable business.

As Michael Borger said, trying to "invest" in Hawaii for a cash flowing vacation rental probably wont end well, despite it being very tempting.And again Bobs self invested bias towards this phoney perpetual appreciation speculation in the Honolulu market in silly at best.

I know Bob Mulloy, at ALLSAFE Home Inspection has a stellar reputation, but may be more expensive than other area inspectors.JigSaw Home Inspection, I have worked with personally and thought they did a great, thorough job, and the price was very reasonable.
