Is it a war zone?

All attorneys are aware of professional liabilty and they will quickly admit limitations to their practice of law.

But what about a situation where you engage in an off-market transaction - meaning you are the only bidder or the only buyer aware that the property is for sale?

I wasn't aware of the issue . . . must have emerged in the past day or so -- we should have it fixed in a bit.

We all are very aware of where we are, but it is impossible to move forward by driving in the rear-view mirror.

We really do have a war happening on America soil!

You don't want to be in a war zone where you're only going to get bad tenants, and you property is going to be at risk.
