I have 20 units and they all have the small wall ac/heater units and a small gas stove and the rooms are all studios and 1bd/1ba units.

They did return my emd and my lawyer didn't charge me (i gave him an amazon gift though).

Admittedly I would need the assistance of a lawyer to draft the agreement if I did this.For background the unit is a studio apt (part of the difficulty in selling) in a great neighborhood in Central Denver.
