Some large distribution channels (with some brainstorm ideas for them) are: BiggerPockets (official BP blogger, being an admin, posting, commenting, adding value, offering assistance, being insightful) Amazon.com (writing books and publishing them) iTunes (podcasting) YouTube (video blog, tips, interviews, , make real estate music videos...?!

I had a friend who is retired now but his mortgage company pulled credit reports for free the tri-merge.They built in the costs when they actually funded a loan that closed.So it was an official tri-merge  report with a lender scoring model and not one of those other sites.

My state (California) has a Dept of Consumer Affairs that also publishes their own landlord tenant handbook.I checked online in your county and found this resource:http://www.legalaidofnebraska.com/Landlord_Tenant(Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Landlord and Tenant handbook")This particular handbook is not your county's official handbook.

On 12 -11-13 had agreed price from bank and sign general as is contract.My agent received email from listing agent on Jan 2nd just waiting for bank to send official contract, but was a done deal.
