I ordered their home study course the beginning of April and at the time of writing this (May 9th), I have still not received the course.After waiting 2 weeks for the material to come I finally contacted someone by phone over there and they said that they would send out another course to my address since I never received the first that was apparently sent.

After inquiring about a SFH in Durham and doing some back & forth on the phone with the wholesaler's assistant, I was able to gain access to the property.

She was nice, no hurt feelings.I should have figure it out on the phone, before I even went there.

I received a phone call at approx 1:00 pm yesterday from a renter that occupies one house of a set of houses we own side by side.

when i no nothing about their property when they call, how much do i find out by the end of the phone call?

I have 2 days to make a decision.On top of this, realtor is asking about $3600 on assorted fees (short sale admin fee, processing fee, document prep fee, courier fee, settlement fee etc etc etc) on top of the commission.From reading BP on various SS threads, there is not much room for negotiation because the amount was determined by BPO right or wrong and the decision to accept or reject is not a human decision but some formulaic thing - unless you can justify it with some major overlooked issues, correct?

A little bit of phone screening would have eliminated all three of these applicants.

Not sure why my phone changes the word rates to berates but I think you understood.

If all else fails I'd say get out the phone book if you need one fast.
