I recently went to a wedding and I brought up that subject and found out my cousin is a wholeseller in Ohio.

He just graduated from college and is living at home saving up for a down payment and I'm saving up for a wedding, but I also make enough to save for beyond how much we intend to spend for the wedding.

A nice gift from parents for newly weds with a new house is an extra house pmt principal only.   

I just looked at a wedding venue that's a barn on 50 acres.  

My other option that I want to explore is a business loan since I have wedding videography LLC business. 

There's potential to also make it an event venue and there is 1-2 developable area on the property that has been "perced".

Should I rely on guests to wheel the garbage cans out to the curb every Tues night before trash pickup and wheel the cans back into the garage every Wed after trash pickup?

I run the monthly DFW meetup the last Weds. of every month in Bedford at 7:00 location is usually Boomer Jacks or Spring Creek BBQ.
