I received 15 or 20 offers and most of them were from investors who scouted websites like Zillow, realtor.com, and redfin.

Well no one is biting probably because I only listed it on the local reia website and everyone is not wanting small towns.

So the Cascades are nice, but they don't get the massive number of visitors like other places do.
