Would love to hear what’s worked for you and any tips you have for making sure the funds are in place to lock down a great deal.

When I first joined I dove into the forum section of BP & binge watched a ton of Youtube Videos. 

To keep up with house hacking and real estate tips in 2024, check out new videos or shows on YouTube and podcasts that have been helpful before, like BiggerPockets, Meet Kevin, Graham Stephan, Morris Invest, InvestFourMore, The Real Estate Guys, and The Rental Income Podcast.

Another tip here is to let them bring their own linens (fairly common) so you save money that way! 

Anyone have any tips?

I charge a really high fee and require the tenant to carry bite insurance.Inspections are done on a schedule and always recorded with pictures and/or video.
