every market has their locals that kill it.. its the out of area folks that have a tougher time.. like getting kick back on insurance work you speak of ... are you talking about courthouse steps auctions.one of my colleagues from PDX went to San Antionio and was able in a six month period buy about 20 to25 homes that he thinks he has decent spreads in ... they are VERY good at what they do.When I was buying foreclosure in ATL they came along with me and bought 60 there as well..
