I received an accepted offer on a duplex in SE Portland, Oregon for the purchase price since it was relisted due to a prior sale fail.

I operate in the SE WI & SC WI markets. 

In all honesty you are trying to foresee the future and the way that SE MI calculates taxes is not that straight forward. 

SE and SW can be tougher.

We focus mainly in the midwest and SE with our investments where there are landlord friendly legislation, low taxes, economic stability/diversity, population growth, reasonable home prices that allow for cash flow but still have appreciation.

Hi Brandon,I don't operate in NW Wisconsin but if you are open to other markets I work in SC and SE WI. 

The operator is not a wholesaler per se, he is one who sold his position via wholesale rather than flipping or holding.

I know locally (SE MI) most HVAC guys don't work on them because they don't know them well.
