In Oregon properties lost to ad valor um tax's Escheat to the state 

Having been a property claims specialist with Farmers Ins for several years and a licensed independent adjuster for 25 years I wanted to ad my 2 cents to this thread.

.- I've spent some time kissing a lot of toads and finally found my contractor prince, who I can trust and who does great work at a great price and I can turn my back on him and not worry- my tenants love living in my units- I put a house on the market and it sells immediately, with multiple offers...

Such as a tenant spewing venom about you on the internet, a tenant purposely damaging a place, or inviting a City inspector to your property.  

And our holdup to adding on is that even after spending the price of a new home there would still be things about the home that we would consider inadequate.Has anyone been in a similar situation?

I personally do like the grays, but I also like the yellows (neutral yellows).Is there any benefit to adding a little bit of trim around the windows/doors?
