Evidently just some repair for the roof...still trying to figure out the range/ microwave issue...I do agree there needs to be a venting mechanism in place and it appears that " someone "did not install a new microwave correctly....Id like to swap out the carpet for a nice scraped wood laminate....a nice new coat of paint..some other aesthetic and cosmetic upgrades to really make it stand out!

These types of crews will require more babysitting, but the cost saving will be well worth it- Choose a paint color that will easily cover the existing color with a single coat.

Use a very thin coat of foam insulation to air seal the attic and then stick in batt (or blown in cellulose) insulation to keep costs to a minimum.
