Now, I'd think the purpose to the restriction is to protect the bank, perhaps more to the banking system and the tax payers that end up picking up the tab in (being another subject) that there is no collusion between other parties out there of having the bank sell a property at a much lower price than what is reasonably seen as the fair market value for the property.

Priority may be clouded too in situations where the tax payer has divided interests to property as the lien only attaches to that interest.

Not only does this guy need to be exposed, but also the agencies at play need to be held accountable for letting this go on so long and for using up so many tax payer dollars.Finally, contact your legislative representatives and appropriate lobbying groups to change the laws that are holding back sensible solutions to a problem such as this.

At this point in my life, we are property tax payers, but I know that being in the military, where I go next, I will likely seek a cheaper apartment in a moderately safe area and seek a company that maintains their propertly well and addresses repairs and issues quickly, but won't care if the interior is dated looking so longs as it is clean and things work, but I am definitely not seeking a place with a yard that has to be maintained.

Flippers when you sell a home put the following clause/disclaimer at the bottom of your sales contract in Bold... but one VERY VERY important side note - do you have the advantage of offering your buyer loans that a mainstream mortgage company won't with taxpayer bail out money?
