These properties also offer you the opportunity to perform cost segregations which help with those current taxes. 

There are a few in my area that I keep an eye on to see how successful they might be and I’m always looking for properties with potential to be something grand.

Focus on tenant screening, building a local team, and learning as much as you can, starting early sets you up for long-term success!
