You can also check out Daily Journal Commerce Newspaper, djc.com.....they have an online subscription that lists probate, foreclosure, etc. for a fee or go to a local library and read it.

I've never encountered TX data from my subscriptions that is so limited on residential property.You need a complete title report to get the entire debt and lien picture.

http://cashformyclosing.com/proof-of-funds/the plethora of sites out there offering 'proof of funds' letters - some like the above offering proof of 'unlimited' funds for a low monthly 'subscription' really take the cake in what 'proof of funds' is apparently being belittled to. granted, with id theft and bank fraud activity all around, most no one wants to be handing bank statements with account #s with every cash offer, to a state licensed broker let alone a property owner we know very little about. but hey, thats why we blot out the account # or part of it and so on.oh well..

being a realtor carries costs as well, annual e and o premium, membership to local board of realtors, subscription to mris (mls access), as well as CE to stay a realtor, and commission splits that get a 1099....keep it in mind when considering commissions etc.
