Maybe I’m reading this wrong but after reading several articles it’s my understanding that normally when a civilian assumes a VA mortgage the “VA entitlement” will remain with the seller meaning purchasing power in the future will be less since it’s still tied into the current loan and the 1 year occupancy is foregone since the seller has lived in it over a year. 

That I could take some of my inheritance and savings, around $400K total tied up in investments with TD Waterhouse, and using a portion of it to invest in a rental property(s)Currently without a job and hesitant to return to a similar situation, I'm at a crossroads.

On the handful of times we have found someone in a unit we have threated to call the police and it has generally worked, they would need to show something that ties them to the unit (mail, utility bill, or lease) for the police to not get involved.  

There are CRMs like KVCore that can accomplish this and works best if you tie it into your website and texts so that they can easily go to a single place for completing it.

This may have changed, but the rational was gym goers stay for hours, tying up parking.  

My question was more theoretical and not tied to any current investing opportunities.
