Appraisers often rely on comparables, so showing them properties with similar square footage and added living space may help justify the value.Get Another Appraisal: If possible, you could request another appraisal or hire an appraiser that specializes in valuing homes with finished basements or unique features.

We use a 3rd party company that specializes in only property management trust accounting (nothing else), and they reconcile the bank account every single day.

To expedite the accumulation of reviews, focus on competitive market pricing, provide exceptional hospitality (aka.. go above and beyond to start... think welcome gift, etc), and encourage guests to leave feedback after their stay.
