Keep in mind that the first floor has a backyard and they cook alot also.Now my question is since i live in nyc am i ( the landlord) responsible for roach issues.

who has Assignment agreements for TN and can anyone one give my a play by play on were  i need 2 put my john hand cook and were the seller should put his and if i need a clause that will insure my safty

My tenant just texted me saying that the glass cracked on the stove in one of my properties from when she was cooking on medium to high heat.

@Joe FairlessToo many cooks in the kitchen at Fannie Mae.. they like to switch things up every few months.

I wouldn't worry too much about the smoker in the upper unit.
