The difference between the two are that one has the ability to purchase property with a 20% downpayment (broker) and the other has to go with loans that require 25% down with a 15 year note.I have also read that some folks form and umbrella LLC and then put all properties beneath in their own LLC.

The entire line is beneath a concrete sidewalk unfortunately so I'm thinking digging and replacing would be too expensive.Anyone have any suggestions or company recommendations?

Yeah you're not getting that dishwasher in because the countertop are too low.No one has mentioned shimming their cabinets with plywood to match the differences in height, this would work but would add work.Floors first for what she is doing.

I always use plastic shims to prevent any rocking.Caulk the front and leave the back open.
