And yes they were much lower .I explained to her , he showered at the gym 4 days a week , he ate out most of the time , he had work uniforms so he did very little laundry , he turned on the AC when he got home , he didnt leave it run ALL day , and he shaved his head , no blow dryer or curling iron.

My children wouldn't be named as successor trustees, since they are minors, and at the age they are now would probably blow the whole wad on going to Disneyland, Lego's and Ice cream, I would rather my sister have decision making power.If I pass away before my wife, my wife is the trustee.

Though as I mentioned earlier, the one big benefit is that you might be able to shave a couple weeks off the closing by using your own closing agent (I generally close REOs in 2-3 weeks using my attorney).
