I do see the value in it but it doesn't seem like your interested in the garage to park cars.

Hi Megha,Generally speaking, our capital partners are okay with cabin-style homes in the Smoky Moutain region used as STR/LTRs, but we would need to see the property to get a better idea of whether it is a match for us and our partners. 

We'll know more about the market's expectations for the size of the rate cut after we see the first two weeks of economic data in September.

Hopefully their deposit is higher than the damage, but if not, you can document everything and try small claims court, but honestly it is not worth your time as you are unlikely to see the money if you win. 

And then what do I do if a potential buyer wants to go see the house during inspection time, what do I do or what do I tell the seller? 

Yes, from what i see, the property taxes are a lot higher on newer house built in 2010 and after.

Getting excited to see things could be possible with this budget.
