How can I determine if the property is eligible for the Section 8 program?

There are many ways to skin a cat - many of those who were most successful did not go through a larger formal program, but almost always they had a mentor in their corner.

When someone writes a contract and a section is ambiguous of unenforceable because that section is improper, I believe that section legally is supposed to be interpreted in favor of the party that did not write the document (the tenant).So, if I am correct, that document may not be doing you any good to you at all because of that.

This is the pertinent section of a NAR Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreement from PA.

The investigation is just about done and the findings will be forwarded to our Legal Section in Sacramento for further handling.
