They smoke heavily in their unit, enough to the point that when they open the door the smoke comes rushing out to the hallway, they have odd people coming and going at odd times, and they scream at their kids and each other all the time to the point that people down the hall can hear it.   

The phrase "Indianapolis TurnKey Condo" would send me screaming in the opposite direction, as quickly as possible. 

I wouldn't say that their properties are screaming deals rather I think they aim to be more steady eddie.

Old tenants claim they were not playing the TV or anything in the morning hours.so one big he said she said scenario.talked with both tenants. remained fair to both sides. told them we can't have this fighting. no one is going to win. i also reminded them that if they can not have civil discussion, then don't have one at all. i will not tolerate yelling and screaming inside the common areas of the property. period. that was two days ago.hoping this issue goes away, because i don't feel like babysitting.

Look at it this way.Every hour in America there is a grisly bloody horrible automobile accident that results in death. 

My son, the Dave Ramsey guru is screaming NO MOM, do a little work, pay for it, then do a little more, then pay for it.... but, I don't believe this is an option when working with a landscaper.   

He just screams and yells obvious things making him seem to be always right to his audience.
