I’m having to manage every detail of what I need done with my property and am the one who is providing continuity with the never ending rotation of new property managers.  

We may rotate the day, as well as the time of the meeting to better accommodate the fact that people have varying availability.

With so many military/defense workers (i.e. people with guaranteed income and predictable rotations for vacancy planning), it could be a great neighborhood to tap into that section of the market.
