Not only for the census ending in 2020 but also the projected population from 2020 to 2025.I agree that population increase is important and should be factored in when analyzing a property.

I realize you're starting out so it may be a while before the lucrative legal projects appear but if you enjoy your field they will because you will get very good at it. 

Be patient with your husband, but you may have to take on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd projects on your own before you see any support from him.

When you start to do a lot of projects, 50% is a lot of money to go out when you are scaling, finding deals, and doing all the other footwork.
