So well worded, anecdotally U3 in CA is currently 5.3, CRE is still compressing & affecting large commercial/Industrial contractors, residential construction slowing as many large MF are nearing completion. i don't believe a crash is coming either but the $ still hasnt ceased .Disclaimer for lurkers; merely my opinions lol

If this is a qualified retirement account (tsp’s are) then you can transfer/roll this into an SDIRA or solo 401k and as long as the custodian allows for alternative asset investing you can invest in real estate or just about whatever you want.
