Being nice to lazy investors, just rewards bad behavior and doesn't push them to be more resourceful - and hence more successful.It is a free country though, so best of luck with your approach:)

Wholesalers dedicate significant time, efforts, and resources towards finding deals that meet that criteria. 

While I have owned homes before, I have never house hacked so am looking into resources here on BP as well to learn more.
