-Management is low - you'll need at least 10% plus leasing costs - typically a month's rent for each lease-up, and sometimes a renewal fee as well-Insurance seems low-Are taxes accurate?

My favorite way to find a mentor was to look on Zillow for houses for rent in your area and then click on the ones that are 'for rent by owner' then call them and introduce yourself as an investor in the area who is looking to meet new investors.

The reason is the rent-to-price ratio is good so you can cash flow, and most of the West side doesn’t have a Point of sale inspection which is really annoying.
