Agents are really starting to realize the "wholesaling sceme" and are not happy with what happening.

You realize you're not going to convince any Pace superfan (like the dude who takes a picture like a 14 year old girl meeting Taylor Swift) that his program is bad when you go way over the edge. 

That's the part most fail to realize.

Many investors stick with traditional financing methods without realizing the impact of fees, slow approval times, or rigid terms that may not suit their investment strategy.

While this trend is reshaping industries across the board, one sector is particularly impacted in ways many may not realize: real estate.

I believe this is where the original seller realized he undersold his property drastically.

But realize also that if you pay off a 2.99% loan your payment on the DSCR is most likely going to skyrocket and eat up a lot of that  cash flow.
