I have never had any push back on any of the terms required to wholesale at the time of signing the contract.  

I do know changes to zillow are happening on the agent side soon where reviews and feedback will push you either up or down the ladder 

We used to do all the qualifying as agents, push the loan officers who didn't want to work to get the job done, give comps to the appraisers etc. etc.

Best part of this situation is our client's usually come out ahead because we find a quality tenant swiftly! 

Keep pushing, and you'll find the right deal!

Unfortunately, North Jersey is probably one of the hardest BRRRR markets in the country right now because of extremely low inventory, high demand, and pushed up prices because single-family home buyers are buying the properties that we all used to buy to fix up because they are desperate.You can BRRRR, carefully, into many parts of Pennsylvania though but remember that interest rates right now make it very hard to BRRRR.

If you push hard you can fill a vacancy weeks sooner than if you do everything yourself and don't advertise until the place is vacant and prepped again. 3.

Even if they took 30% you’d be way ahead of zero income.
