The timing was perfect with the A class duplex, but that's the kind of appreciation I've experienced for most of my portfolio in Columbus on top of the cash flow getting better as the years have progressed and rents and increased. 

Investing close to home can be a great way to build wealth while being able to see the progress in person.

There is already a work in progress that the VA lending guidelines will need to be changed to allow for a buyers sales commission to be paid out of seller concessions. 

I would even write it very explicitly :People are tired of very-progressive left wing government policy that removing property rights , creating criminals, protecting criminals , destroying generation and coddling criminals ( in the name of human right or DEI or whatever).Agree @Bruce Woodruff?

I see that some people have north linden over south linden for the areas with paths of progress.
