I prefer markets that experience mild winters to eliminate the added costs brutal winters can bring.

It was a great experience as I learned about the benefits of real estate. 

You only have one first impression with guests browsing OTA's and your hero photo and listing title are crucial.

It is pricey and a little hard to make the numbers in my experience, but it is a vast area (S FL in general) so I am sure there are pockets where it makes sense.
