It might take some perseverance.

So, I will: Until you lose your fear of big dollar amounts, real estate investing - or any business, really - may not be for you.You need to learn to be confident in your own decisions, to take responsibility and not blame others when things go wrong, and to do whatever it takes to succeed.You need to be able to commit to a course of action, to persevere, and to follow through.

The worst thing about the R10 is that we're at the mercy of the tenants' perseverance (or lack thereof) in sticking with the process and making sure it goes through. 

On a quick side note, a secret door of success does not exist, it's called hard work and perseverance!  

If the deal still makes sense even with the assumption that your initial income will be depressed by non-payment and expenses will include eviction costs, and you have the reserves to persevere, only then would I go ahead.We purchased some apartments a few years ago with only limited information on the tenants prior to closing.  

If there was one, we would never hear stories of business failure.However, we must persevere through setbacks. 

We were not born with fear in our heartsbut born with courage and perseverance in or heartswe were not born with clouded minds and doubtwe are born strong and with pridenot with greed and envybut with empathy and kindness[/b]Fear not for the light that leads the way is within yourselfand not at the end of the tunnel that you have so holded onto you these many past years!

It's just going to take practice and perseverance, as it can get quite frustrating for a novice like me when the program "misbehaves," and by that I mean my own human error causes problems! 

It takes trials, tribulations,set backs and perseverance to understand what it takes to create something successful & long lasting.
