I'm hoping my "lens" come soon, I feel I'm in the analysis paralysis phase and need to clear my vision quick.

I am looking to connect with those out there that would like to learn and grow together and know that their visions can only become reality through the use of a strong real estate network. 

Traditional financing is not an option for these houses, so you are down to investors with vision and there are not a lot of us out there.

As others have mentioned it's nice to see how seriously you've taken goal setting and visioning.

My point is make sure you work with a good securities attorney to ensure your documents have all the necessary disclosures and make sure to communicate often with your investors to share your vision, exit strategy and your plan.Investors certainly invest in a project, but really they are investing in someone that they can trust and not only talk the talk, but back it up with action and results.

Put your best efforts to create a good brand reputation by creating your company’s mission, vision and value.
