There has been being a meetup in Wboro but I'm not sure of their meeting times. 

We even did a mid-year check in meeting in person but felt like he did not provide us any guidance.

With one BP poster I encouraged him to come out to a local meet up and met him in person and he was able to talk much more experienced investors in our group for further advice.

I attend seminars, and real estate meet ups, as well as work with my local housing authority to keep up with the local tenant landlord laws. 3) We did all of our own maintenance.

Maybe look for a different type of tenant that doesn't leave every year or sell the place if it isn't meeting your other investment objectives.2) As PM's we always seek prior authorization for expensive turns or capital projects, even though the estimates given to our owner-clients are often ball-park numbers.

Short of coming here and meeting face to face with them and come to a couple local REIA events to discuss, for those who are remote I would suggest getting into some of the NE Ohio REIA facebook groups to get some advice from locals.

I also advise participating in regular meetings with them.

The bay area has many old houses so be aware of what it will take to being them up to code and meet insurance requirements.

I don’t know if the police would meet you there to arrest the criminal but that would just be icing on the cake.
