This is just one persons opinion coming from my personal experience: The challenge I'd like to leave for anyone who wants to break your golden handcuffs of a 9 to 5: If you want a different outcome, you have to put in different inputs.

Would love to get your input on your favorite skiptracing software to be able to find owner contacts for distressed properties.

Allentown and Bethlehem are both great places to invest, both for appreciation and LL friendliness. 

Don't shop credit cards and mortgages at once, you ll create havoc for yourself.

The result is some other LL will likely get stuck with her and put in a similar situation.
