Longtime BP learner via the website and podcast(s) and am making the next step as an investor, which is to try to build my network.I am currently stationed in Tampa, FL, so for now is my "home base" market, but have am also interested in building a portfolio in my home state of Ohio, specifically the Dayton area.

I guess I'm a slow learner, it's beginning to sink in that people don't search threads on topics or study the subject much at all before they ask a question.

I'm a quick learner but am hoping to hear from some veterans who have had experience here, to guide/advise, and partner up if it makes sense.
