Apparently - investments are booming in Jamaica and there seems to be rapid changes in the Tourism industry as the country takes the lead on Caribbean Economic Leadership.

All three are incredibly talented additions to our company and strengthen the leadership team at REI Nation.

@Yonah Weiss paid thousands of dollars to say I am educated in Organizational Leadership.

The US leadership has and continues to screw up and while it kills the dollar, it makes great REI deals.

I love reading anything on business, real estate, investing, leadership, motivation, self help, and personal growth.

My goals (some, not all):1) Learn the BRRRR strategy out of State (eventually learning other strategies)2) Blanked out per Forum Guidelines3) Own 100 plus units (eventually apartment complexes) and retire sooner than later4) Serve others and Teach everyone who wants to learn once I gain experience 4) Invest in businesses (franchises) 5) Buy a Red Ferrari I continuously focus on personal growth, leadership, and believe in the power of a team.

Splits don't matter, you want the most mentorship and leadership available.

I got a double major in business administration/management & leadership so perhaps if I had a more specific degree in something I was passionate about it would have made sense but this business degree I have is a giant financial mistake and set me back several years.
