It's the sort of market that passes every metric or test when you start doing research, though.

This makes them ideal for investors with growing portfolios or those looking to take on larger projects.Portfolio lenders often offer more flexibility with their terms, allowing for creative deal structures and quicker closings.

Every single cabin I build is a deal I'm going to add 150k or more in equity (I've done a couple of larger ones that have 200k to 300k in equity) and anywhere from 5k to 10k a year in net profit by year 2.
