NYC market is experiencing irrational exuberance for a handful of reasons, but the Bronx is one of the only boroughs where you can find rentals that still pencil out. 

I think there is some irrational thoughts on BP that you can go from missing a payment to foreclosure in a nano second.. that simply does not happen.. its a long and slow process in MOST jurisdictions.. some states its quite fast  MO  GA  TX MS  can all be done in 90 days.. 

Nobody knows how to value Bitcoin, and I think it is still in   early stages of irrational exuberance so would not be surprised if it reached much higher levels.

I want to get more comfortable with those two areas, because I would hate to bypass a good deal due to an irrational fear on my part.

Even if it's irrational, that is how i would feel and so I would probably be out looking for the next place. 

It seems like the responses so far have been irrationally drastic.

There's a lot of profit to be made off irrational fear.  

Imperfect biological machines with all the passions, desires, fears and destructive, irrational behaviors of animals we observe in the nature.

The irrational play here is to do anything more than nothing, IMO of course.
