Not many offer it, but it closes decently quick, rates are not gouging (high 4s to 6), and you can do I/O if you're above 660 credit, to keep the payment low until you can refi.

A credit card's i/o payment will often/usually be less than an amortized lendingclub.com payment. 

I'm not sure about conventional - but for non owner occupied there is a 30 yr product called a DSCR loan.There are 30 yr fixed with I/O options for the first 10 years as well.Rate depends on coverage ratio and credit - likely in high 6s or 7s.

Usually 12-24 month I/O with no PPP and can refinance out as soon as three months ownership.
