Usually the type of work has to be dealing with the real estate itself, not just providing a service that is applied to a part of the house/building. 

I love the Myrtle Beach area.Condos are a dime a dozen so there is stiff competition which pushes prices down.HOAs have their own problems which I always avoid.I would try and buy a beachfront house or 1st row house 

For example, if a seller comes to you, looking for you to help them sell their house, your first responsibility is to help them get the most money for their house, and not try to buy their house as an investor for cheaper.

And would it be worthwhile investing to rent? 

Im no legal expert but belief if you get foreclosed on 2nd home and you still owe money they can come put lien/go after first house.

Based out of Salt Lake City and looking to do multi-state investments in real estate by flipping or renting.
