If there was basement water intrusion, was this addressed by the seller and now evidence of water damage remains or was there active water intrusion? 

I could see it being less intrusive than ads in feeds since they are already looking at a bunch of ads.

I do love the USA because compared to most of the world, the government is far less intrusive, despite everything Bush Jr and Obama have supposedly done (but didn't really) to take away our rights.

Your tenants may not like the intrusion but s**ew them for being pigs.

Make sure it is sealed properly to prevent water intrusion.

Its a great business and much less intrusive/exhaustive as multi-family.

I was as outraged with Bush's expansion of government as I am with Obama's, so I have better standing when I make my arguments against government intrusiveness and expansion.

Seek out a less intrusive lender. 

Improperly-installed dishes can lead to water intrusion and there mold and rot.
