Good Morning,@Ilona Kovacs let me preface my statement by saying I am a partner in Reliant Real Estate Mangement which is a vertically integrated self storage operator so my opinion is biased. 

The pro forma you will find can be pretty extensive which is great as you figure out what type of costs you want to integrate into your calculations.

He doesn't do MF, but he's a great guy, off the charts on integrity and honesty, and has been there forever.

We need responsible people with honor, integrity and commitment in leadership.
